COVID 19 PANDEMIC - WHY SOME CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS
 

The health and safety of our employees and customers in this difficult time is a top priority for Farmers home Furniture. With that in mind, providing our customers with on time delivery and speedy customer service, as we always strive to do, has been challenging.
When Covid-19 hit the United States, and the rest of the world, the interruption of manufacturing and shipping has been a challenge we have never faced at this scale in our lifetime. Products we have always been able to get in days or weeks now take months to get. Thankfully, early in this unprecedented time Farmers continued to order and bring in product even in the face of uncertainty.
That said, we still are experiencing extended delivery times on some products. We are in constant communication with our suppliers in effort to provide you the most accurate delivery window we can. We appreciate your understanding and patience while our entire team is doing all that we can to get you what you need as quickly as possible while keeping the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers the first priority.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
  1. Do you sell products over the internet?
     

    No, we service local markets. Providing customer service is an essential part of our business. We would like for you to be comfortable with our company and its services before you purchase furnishings for your home.

  2. If a product is online but not in a local store may it still be purchased locally?
     

    Yes. Our stores vary in size and often cannot carry all of the products that may be online therefore our stores receive weekly shipments from our central warehouse in Dublin, GA to serve the interest of our customers.

  3. What are the advantages of using Smart Credit to acquire my purchase?
     

    Better than most credit cards, we offer traditional "in-house" installment loans with no hidden tricks or gimmicks. Our Smart Credit plan is a responsible way for you to furnish your home, make easy monthly payments, and shop with friendly, local people who are here for you.

  4. Do you have franchise opportunities?
     

    At this time, we do not offer franchise opportunities.
